Carrot Elegance F1 is a late variety intended for long storage. It produces very hard, cylindrical roots, blunt-ended, 18–20 cm long, resistant to cracking and without greening of the crown. The smooth skin with a small number of rings ensures high commercial quality, including export quality.

The variety is characterised by a high net yield with low waste and strong, healthy leaves that allow mechanical harvesting. Due to the hardness of the roots, it is recommended for washing in large, professional washers.

Elegance F1 is used on the fresh vegetable market in autumn and winter as well as in processing, especially for juice production and sliced carrot.
