Shipping and payment
How your order reaches you and how you can pay for it.
Delivery area
We deliver throughout Europe. The countries available during checkout are shown in the country selector in the cart.
Plant protection products are subject to separate approvals in each country. By placing an order you declare that you are authorised to use the products ordered (see Terms and Conditions, section 3).
Payment methods
You can pay using the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay – if your device and browser support them
- PayPal
- Klarna – for customers from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Switzerland (not for business purchases or gift cards)
- iDEAL | Wero – in the Netherlands
- Bancontact – in Belgium
- EPS – in Austria
- TWINT – in Switzerland
- Payment in advance by bank transfer
- GARDENO24 gift card
Payments by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, EPS and TWINT are processed by our payment service provider Stripe.
If you pay in advance by bank transfer, we reserve the goods and ship them as soon as the amount reaches us.
