The fertiliser is intended for correcting the acidity of the growing medium before establishing crops and for fertilising plants such as rhododendrons, heathers, American blueberry, conifers, etc., which require an acidic growing medium.

Despite fertilising, why are our plants not growing?

The cause may be an unsuitable soil pH for the given plant. When the growing medium has too high or too low a pH, nutrient uptake becomes impossible and fertilisation treatments are ineffective. A typical example is chlorosis, which affects acid-loving plants, e.g. heathers, rhododendrons, blueberries. Due to improper soil pH, plants cannot absorb nutrients, chlorophyll production is inhibited, resulting in yellowing leaves and general plant underdevelopment. Another example of the effect of soil pH on plants is hydrangea cultivation. Simply changing the acidity of the growing medium can influence flower colour. Pink and red shades are obtained in a more alkaline medium, acidic soil causes flowers to become blue or even purple. The carton contains educational information.

Fertiliser type: Compound liquid inorganic macronutrient fertiliser NPK(S) 8.5-3.0-4.81(3.0) as a solution

Composition:

• 8.5% total nitrogen (N)
  - 5.9% nitrate nitrogen (NO3)
  - 2.6% ammonium nitrogen (NH4)
• 3.0% phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5)
  - 3.0% water-soluble phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5)
• 4.8% potassium oxide (K2O)
  - 4.8% water-soluble potassium oxide (K2O)
• 3.0% water-soluble sulphur (S).

Plant fertilisation:

• Apply to soil for watering plants at concentrations of 0.2 - 0.3% (20-30 ml per 10 l of water). Perform three to four treatments from early spring until the end of June.
• Preparation of the product – dissolve the measured amount of product in water, mix and water the soil around the plant. Dose from 1 to 5 litres of working solution – depending on plant size and acidity requirements of the fertilised plant's growing medium. Requires soil pH measurements.

Correction of soil pH:

• Apply to soil before establishing crops at a maximum concentration of 1% (100 ml per 10 l of water).
• Preparation of the product - dissolve the measured amount of product in water, mix and water the soil over an area of about 10 m2. Repeat the treatment if necessary until the desired soil pH is achieved. Conduct soil pH measurements to determine the desired acidity.

Prepare the working solution in watering cans with small sieve holes or sprayers. Use tools made of plastic or acid-resistant steel. May cause metal corrosion. For horticulture and hobby crops.
