Brussels Sprouts Groninger

Medium-late variety intended for early to winter harvest. In the case of a mild winter, it overwinters well in the ground. Plants form numerous, dark green, fairly compact heads along the stem. Sow in the seedbed in April. Transplant to the ground at the end of May or beginning of June at a spacing of 40-50 cm x 40-50 cm. High yields are obtained on fertile, humus-rich soils abundant in calcium.
