Kohlrabi GIGANT
Late variety for spring and autumn cultivation with an exceptionally large root swelling, weighing up to 5kg. The swelling is spherical with a light green skin, white flesh, very tasty, without a tendency to become woody. An excellent variety for storage and processing (freezing). Requires humus-rich, fertile, sufficiently moist soil. Sowing from mid-March to April for summer harvest and from May to early June for autumn harvest.
