Description
Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate 25kg
MegaPlon 7, Magnesium sulphate 7
Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate Alventa is a high-quality fully soluble magnesium-sulphur fertiliser for fertilisation and foliar feeding of agricultural, horticultural and fruit tree crops, as well as fertigation. The fertiliser is widely used for fertigation of protected horticultural crops: tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper and ornamental plants.
What is the composition of Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate Alventa?
- 16 % magnesium oxide (MgO) soluble in water
- 30 % sulphur trioxide (SO3) soluble in water
How to use Magnesium Sulphate Alventa?
Soil Fertilisation
For soils poor in magnesium but with regulated pH (above 6.5), apply magnesium sulphate at a dose of 120-200 kg/ha.
Foliar Fertilisation is used in cases of:
- appearance of deficiency symptoms during vegetation,
- periods of increased magnesium demand,
- unfavourable weather conditions (spring chills, drought).
Seedling production - enriching growing media with magnesium: this fertiliser is used to enrich horticultural growing media (e.g. peat substrates) for the production of ornamental plant seedlings, vegetable seedlings and protected crop cultivation. Typically, 0.5 to 1.5 kg of magnesium sulphate per 1 m3 of growing medium is applied to achieve a magnesium content of 50-150 mg/litre of growing medium. For growing media used in tomato and cucumber cultivation, the recommended dose is 0.8 to 1.0 kg of magnesium sulphate per 1 m3 of growing medium.
