Description

How to use Maister 310 WG?

Maister 310 WG active substance:

foramsulfuron (compound from the sulfonylurea derivatives group) – 300 g/kg (30.0%),

jodosulfuron methyl sodium (compound from the sulfonylurea derivatives group) – 10 g/kg (1.0%).

Action of Maister 310 WG:

Maister 310 WG is a herbicide in granule form for preparing a water suspension. The product is intended for foliar application for post-emergence control of dicotyledonous and monocotyledonous weeds in maize cultivation. The preparation acts systemically and is mainly absorbed through the leaves and translocated within the plant. The herbicide causes inhibition of weed development and growth.

The product is most effective against young and vigorously growing weed species that are in the early growth stage - at the 2-3 leaf phase. The effect of the product is visible 14-18 days after treatment.

Maister 310 WG effect on weeds:

Sensitive weeds: green foxtail (species moderately sensitive to the product at a dose of 0.1 kg/ha), field pansy, common chickweed, white goosefoot (species moderately sensitive to the product at a dose of 0.1 kg/ha), corn poppy, scentless mayweed, couch grass, cleavers, chamomile, volunteer oilseed rape, rough pigweed, shepherd's purse, field pennycress, field spurge.

Resistant weeds: blackgrass, field bindweed, knotweed

Dosage:

FIELD CROPS

1. MAIZE

Maximum dose for single application: 0.15 kg/ha

Recommended dose for single application: 0.1 – 0.15 kg/ha

Use the product only in combination with an adjuvant (supporting agent). It is recommended to use the MERO 842 EC adjuvant at a dose of 2 l/ha

Application timing: Apply the product post-emergence from the 2-leaf to the 6-leaf stage of maize plants. Perform the treatment after mass weed emergence, when most weeds are at the seedling stage (2-4 leaves).

Maister 310 WG can be applied in split doses:

first treatment – at the 2-4 leaf stage of maize, after weed emergence

Maister 310 WG at 0.075 kg/ha + MERO 842 EC at 1 l/ha

second treatment – at the 4-6 leaf stage of maize, about 8-14 days after the first treatment

Maister 310 WG at 0.075 kg/ha + MERO 842 EC at 1 l/ha

For control of green foxtail, it is best to perform the treatment when plants of this weed species have 2-6 leaves or are in the tillering phase, using the maximum dose of the product (0.15 kg/ha).

For control of couch grass, it is best to perform the treatment during the intensive growth phase of this weed species (plant height 15-20 cm), no later than at the 6-leaf stage of maize, using the maximum dose of the product (0.15 kg/ha).

Maximum number of treatments per growing season: 1 (2 in case of split dose application)

Recommended water volume: 200-300 l/ha

Recommended spraying: medium droplet size.
