Description
HOW RACUMIN FOAM WORKS:
Racumin Foam is a breakthrough rodenticide in foam form, providing essential support in professional deratisation processes. Its innovation lies in the external mode of action, which overcomes the reluctance of rodents to standard baits such as granules, grains, or pastes. The applied foam effectively sticks to the fur of rats or mice as they move through holes, cracks, and narrow corridors. The rodent, by intensively grooming its fur, ingests the active substance (anticoagulant), leading to internal action. Racumin Foam does not mould and maintains its consistency, ensuring long-lasting effectiveness in hard-to-reach and damp areas. The product targets brown rats and house mice, with effects visible 4–10 days after ingestion.
Advantages of using Racumin Foam:
- Innovative mechanism: Works through contact with the rodent's fur, leading to ingestion of the active substance during grooming.
- Perfect complement: Excellent support for standard deratisation methods, controlling rodents that avoid traditional baits.
- Does not mould: Safe to use in damp and challenging conditions.
- Application in hard-to-reach places: Effective in burrows, shafts, cavity walls, suspended ceilings, and cable lines.
- Precise dosing: Allows application where other products cannot be used.
RACUMIN FOAM SCOPE OF USE AND DOSES:
The product is intended for professional use only, indoors, in locations inaccessible to non-target animals and humans.
Method of application and application sites:
Apply using a nozzle directly to:
- Entrances to burrows and cracks.
- Closed cable lines or pipelines.
- Enclosures around electrical boxes or high voltage areas.
- Wall cavities and wall claddings.
- Wall openings, narrow passages.
- Suspended ceilings, insulated walls, cross beams of structures.
- Service ducts, installation shafts.
Important: The applied foam must not completely block holes and cracks.
Dosing 10 g of product takes about 4 seconds.
Control of rats (Rattus norvegicus):
Dose: 20–30 g of product per hole, crack, or passage.
Control of mice (Mus musculus):
Dose: 4–30 g of product per hole, crack, or passage.
Safety and hygiene: Due to the risk of disease transmission, dead rodents and bait residues must be removed immediately using protective gloves or tools (e.g. tongs).
