MODE OF ACTION OF TOFINO:

Tofino is an advanced solution in the fight against soil pests, distinguished by a unique triple mode of action: gaseous, contact, and stomach. Thanks to a strong gaseous phase, the active substance creates an active protective sphere around the seed, which paralyzes and eliminates pests before they can damage the root system. The high vapour pressure of tefluthrin ensures the product acts quickly and effectively even under challenging soil moisture conditions.

The product penetrates deeply into the habitat of agro-pests, providing a long-lasting protective barrier for young, most vulnerable plants. Using Tofino during sowing is an investment in healthy initial vigour and uniform emergence, which directly translates into higher yield potential without losses caused by wireworms or the maize beetle.
