EVENTUS TOMATO - VARIETY FEATURES:
Eventus is a variety with exceptional vigour and a rustic yet compact plant habit, which perfectly protects the fruits from sunscald. It is characterised by a high concentration of ripening and a very high yield potential, ensuring abundant and uniform harvests.
The plant is of a generative type, mid-early, with a broad resistance package to diseases, including potato late blight, alternaria and bacterial spot. This makes the cultivation of the Eventus variety stable and reliable even in more challenging conditions.
The fruits have an elongated shape and weigh 85–100 g. They feature intense, deep colouring both externally and internally, with a small scar at the stalk attachment.
The raw material is very uniform and homogeneous, and the fruits have excellent texture and high field durability. This makes them ideal for processing – they peel easily and maintain quality well after harvest.
