Description
Tomato Pietrarossa F1 is a mid-early tomato variety intended for open-field cultivation. The plants are characterised by strong vigour, excellent health and impressive yield – even under difficult weather conditions. The fruits have a slightly elongated shape, weigh from 90 to 100 grams, and their fleshy pulp is surrounded by an intensively coloured, shiny skin. Thanks to the exceptional firmness of the fruits, the variety is ideal for mechanical harvesting – without calyx residues after harvest.
The high sugar content (Brix) and high yield quality make Pietrarossa F1 perfect both for the fresh market and processing – especially for tomato cube production.
