(A) The nitrogen contained in the fertiliser is sufficient only for the initial growth period of the plants; subsequently, this nutrient should be supplemented by top dressing with nitrogenous fertilisers (preferably urea or ammonium nitrate Puławy) according to the needs of the cultivated plants. In the fertilisation of meadows and pastures, single doses of fertiliser should not exceed 300 kg/ha; larger doses should be divided into 2 parts. The boron contained in the fertiliser promotes an increased share of leguminous plants in the sward. In the cultivation of beet or potato without manure fertilisation, the recommended fertiliser doses should be increased by 100 kg/ha.
