DALEZA F1 ASPARAGUS - VARIETY CHARACTERISTICS:

Daleza F1 is a mid-early asparagus variety with very uniform shoots and a high individual stem weight. It is characterised by good tip closure, which is important for white asparagus production in a temperate climate.

The variety is robust and healthy, with dark foliage and an open plant habit. It shows high tolerance to leaf diseases, making it suitable for sustainable and organic cultivation.

Daleza F1 enters high production early and maintains a large shoot mass throughout the harvest period. It provides a high proportion of commercial yield, including a very high percentage of class I and AA shoots, which translates into lower harvesting and sorting costs.

The recommended planting density is 5–6 plants per linear metre in a single row or 7–8 plants in a double row.
