Broccoli Taipei F1 is a variety with high yield potential, distinguished by strong vigour and very good tolerance to temperature stress. Plants form heads raised above the leaves, which facilitates harvesting and ensures clean raw material with an attractive appearance. The heads are compact, finely grained, with an intense green colour and uniform buds.
The variety performs very well in autumn production, guaranteeing a concentrated, easy-to-conduct harvest both by hand and mechanically. Thanks to growth stability and uniformity, it allows obtaining a high yield of raw material of excellent quality intended for the fresh market and processing.
