ACTION OF CALCIUM NITRATE OLIMPIA
Calcium nitrate Olimpia is a high-quality fertiliser providing plants with nitrogen and calcium in an easily absorbable form. Nitrogen is responsible for intensive plant growth, supports the development of green parts, and affects the overall condition of the crops. Calcium, on the other hand, strengthens cell walls, improves tissue firmness, and increases plant resistance to adverse environmental conditions. Thanks to its soluble formula, the fertiliser is quickly absorbed through roots or leaves, ensuring a rapid effect.
The product can be used in vegetable, fruit, and ornamental plant crops – both in open field and under covers such as polytunnels or greenhouses.
HOW TO USE CALCIUM NITRATE OLIMPIA
Calcium Nitrate Olimpia is intended for:
- fertigation (fertilisation through irrigation systems),
- foliar fertilisation (spraying plants).
It is recommended to perform spraying in late afternoon or evening hours.
Recommended concentrations:
- Fertigation: 0.05 – 0.15% (i.e. 0.5 – 1.5 kg per 1000 l of water)
- Foliar fertilisation: 0.2 – 1% (i.e. 2 – 10 kg per 1000 l of water)
Dosing should be adjusted to the specific plant species and its developmental stage.
