Description
ACTION AND PROPERTIES OF CANWIL FERTILISER:
Canwil with Magnesium is a neutral-acting fertiliser, which means that unlike the pure ammonium form of nitrogen, it does not acidify the soil. The magnesium it contains is a key building block of tissues and an essential element of the photosynthesis process, while calcium improves the physical properties of the soil by regulating air-water relations. The granulated form enriched with anti-caking agents guarantees easy and precise sowing, even when using professional large-area spreaders.
Advantages of using Canwil Saletrzak:
- Versatility: Excellent for all crops (cereals, oilseed rape, root crops, vegetables) and for every soil type.
- Support for acidic soils: The addition of dolomitic filler makes it safe for sites with low pH.
- High availability: Nitrogen in forms immediately and long-term available to plants.
- Enriched composition: Provides magnesium (MgO) and calcium (CaO), which strengthen plant resistance and structure.
- Excellent flowability: Special anti-caking protection prevents fertiliser from clumping in the bag.
COMPOSITION AND SPECIFICATION:
Declared nutrients:
- Total nitrogen (N): 27%
- Total magnesium (MgO): 4%
- Total calcium (CaO): approx. 6.5%
Form: Granulate with added anti-caking agents.
APPLICATION AND TIMING:
Canwil Saletrzak can be used in two ways, depending on agrotechnical needs:
Pre-sowing: It is best to mix the fertiliser with the topsoil layer before sowing or planting so that the nutrients are available in the developing root system zone.
Top dressing: Can be applied to already growing plants. The best results are obtained by applying the fertiliser before expected rainfall, which accelerates the movement of nitrogen into the soil.
