Carrot Belveta F1 is a unique variety created with healthy food production in mind. It is characterised by a very high beta-carotene content and a reduced ability to accumulate nitrates, making it an ideal raw material for producing baby food, premium juices, and dried products. The roots have an intense dark orange colour, with no green shoulder, smooth skin, and are crack-resistant.
The variety produces strong, straight roots measuring 21–25 cm in length, ensuring high yield quality. Thanks to stable growth and high plant health, it performs excellently in professional production, especially where the highest raw material quality is essential.
