CARROT CARLANO - VARIETY FEATURES:
purpose: fresh market, processing
Carrot Carlano F1 is a Nantes-type variety with strong vigour and very high leaf health. It is characterised by a high yield potential, allowing for a higher net yield compared to many standard market varieties. The roots are uniform, cylindrical, 21–22 cm long, crack-resistant and have a very attractive commercial appearance.
The plants exhibit strong leaves, facilitating quick and efficient mechanical harvesting. The variety is suitable for both the fresh market and processing, performing excellently in the summer-autumn season. It stands out for its high level of health and lower waste compared to many market standards.
