Carrot Elegance F1 is a late variety intended for long storage. It produces very firm, cylindrical roots, blunt-ended, 18–20 cm long, resistant to cracking and without green shoulders. The smooth skin with few rings ensures high commercial quality, including export quality.

The variety is characterised by a high net yield with low waste and strong, healthy leaves that allow mechanical harvesting. Due to the firmness of the roots, it is recommended for washing in large, professional washers.

Elegance F1 is used in the fresh vegetable market in autumn and winter and in processing, especially for juice production and sliced carrot.
