Cauliflower Faston F1 is a very early variety with a 55–60 day cycle, intended for accelerated harvests, with a very concentrated ripening period. It produces white, compact curds with a regular, spherical shape and a weight of 0.8–0.9 kg, with good coverage.
The plant has medium vigour, very good health, and an upright habit, which promotes uniform development and yield quality. The variety was bred by Sakata and is distinguished by a fast cycle and uniform harvest.
