Chanon 600
Chandor is a plant protection product intended for herbicidal protection in the cultivation of potato and sunflower.
Description
MODE OF ACTION OF CHANON:
Chanon is a contact herbicide. The product is a concentrate for preparing a water suspension for soil application. After application, Chanon forms a uniform coating on the soil surface. It is absorbed by the cotyledons and coleoptile of weeds.
The product works best on weeds during their germination and emergence stages as well as on weeds in the cotyledon phase. The product remains active for 2-3 months after treatment, thus controlling secondary weed infestation.
Uneven coverage and poor soil surface preparation may reduce the product's effectiveness. On clay and sandy soils, the product can be applied before and after crop emergence, while on organic soils only after the crop has emerged.
