Chlorox Multitabs 20g are highly effective chlorine tablets for disinfecting swimming pool water. The package contains 1 kg of tablets with strong bacteria-killing power – ideal for regular pool care and crystal-clear water.
🔬 Before use, the pH value of the water should be checked. The recommended range is between 6.8 and 7.4. If the value is outside this range, correction with Balancer pH Minus or pH Plus is advised. The optimal application temperature is 25 °C.
🚫 Dosing should only be done in the absence of bathers, using a dosing floater or skimmer. The tablets are placed and the circulation pump switched on so that the product distributes evenly in the water.
🌡️ For effective disinfection, a shock chlorination is carried out simultaneously, so that the level of free active chlorine in the water is between 0.3 – 0.5 mg/dm³. If the chlorine level falls below 0.3 mg/dm³, the number of tablets in the dispenser should be increased. If the value is above 0.5 mg/dm³, the pool must not be used – either wait until the level drops or use a chlorine neutralizer.
🧪 The chlorine and pH values should be regularly checked with suitable test devices. According to the Federal Ministry of Health regulation, the total amount of free chlorine in the water when used by people must not exceed 0.5 mg/dm³.
📏 Dosing recommendation: One 200g tablet is sufficient for 40 m³ of water. The tablets are replenished every 5–7 days.
