CODEX CELERY - VARIETY FEATURES:
Codex is a celery variety distinguished by strong vigour and exceptionally healthy foliage that maintains excellent condition throughout the season.
The roots have a regular, spherical shape and a smooth, firm skin, making them extremely attractive both for the fresh market and for long-term storage. The high quality of the skin significantly facilitates cleaning and preparation of the product after harvest.
Thanks to the compact root system and horizontally arranged leaves, Codex is an easy-to-care-for and process variety, ideal for modern production technologies.
Recommended planting date: after 1 May.
