ACTION OF DELCAPS 050 SC:
DelCaps is an insecticide intended for the control of certain pests in the cultivation of winter wheat and winter oilseed rape. The product has contact and stomach action, while it acts on the plant surface. The product is a suspension concentrate and is intended for dilution before use.
CONTENT OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCE:
deltamethrin (a compound from the pyrethroid group) – 50 g/l (4.9 % w/w)
SCOPE OF USE, TIMING AND DOSES:
The product is intended for use with self-propelled or tractor-mounted field or orchard sprayers.
How to use DelCaps 050 SC?
1) AGRICULTURAL CROPS
Winter oilseed rape

Application timing: Spray after pest occurrence from the stage when flower buds are visible from above (“green bud”) to the stage when the first petals are visible and flower buds are still closed (“yellow bud”) (BBCH 51 – 59).
Maximum dose for single application: 0.1 l/ha.
Recommended dose for single application: 0.08 – 0.1 l/ha.
The higher recommended dose should be used in case of higher pest pressure.
Maximum number of treatments per growing season: 1.
Recommended water volume: 200 - 400 l/ha.
Recommended spraying: medium droplet size.
Winter wheat

Application timing: Use from the beginning to the end of heading stage (BBCH 51 – 59) considering the damage threshold.
Maximum/recommended dose for single application: 0.1 l/ha.
Maximum number of treatments per growing season: 1.
Recommended water volume: 200 - 400 l/ha.
Recommended spraying: medium droplet size.
2) ORCHARD CROPS

Application timing: Use after the first colonies of aphids appear.
Maximum/recommended dose for single application: 0.25 l/ha.
Maximum number of treatments per growing season: 1.
Recommended water volume: 500 – 600 l/ha.
Recommended spraying: medium droplet size.
The product at the recommended dose also reduces the occurrence of leafrollers.
