Description
Florovit for coniferous plants contains mineral ingredients in amounts corresponding to the needs of ornamental coniferous plants such as yew, larch, cypress, spruce, pine, fir and others.
Regular use ensures:
- a beautiful appearance and intensive growth of fertilised plants
- reduces needle discoloration during the winter period
How to use:
Coniferous trees and shrubs: Apply in April, mid-June and mid-August by spreading the fertiliser around trees and shrubs at a dose of 4-15 g per tree or shrub (depending on age and size). Coniferous plants over 1 m tall can be fertilised once in spring, applying 30-40 g of fertiliser per 1 m of shrub or tree height. It is beneficial to lightly mix the fertiliser with the topsoil layer. Regular watering increases the effectiveness of fertilisation. The fertiliser is also excellent for feeding other trees and shrubs, such as deciduous ornamental shrubs e.g. forsythias or almonds, deciduous trees e.g. birches, maples, as well as walnut and hazelnut trees.
Deciduous trees and shrubs: For young plants (up to 1 m tall), evenly scatter 5-10 g of fertiliser under the canopy in early spring (April), then in summer (June) and before autumn (August). For larger plants, 30-40 g of fertiliser can be scattered once in spring under the canopy. After spreading the fertiliser, plants should be watered abundantly. One tablespoon contains on average 15 g of fertiliser.
