American blueberry - fertilisation of fruiting plants |
Start top dressing in spring, around mid-April. The second and third fertilisations should be carried out every four weeks with the following doses: first year after planting – three times 25 g/m2 subsequent years of cultivation – three times 35-45 g/m2 When top dressing, avoid spreading fertiliser on wet plants and, if possible, mix the fertiliser with the topsoil layer to avoid damaging roots. Watering the plants afterwards is also recommended. Feeding should be completed by mid-June. |
