Hilton Chinese Cabbage

Forms an elongated head of 30-40 cm, quite loose. It has great flavour qualities, high content of easily digestible protein, vitamins and mineral salts. Consumed raw like lettuce or cooked. Grown as a catch crop for autumn harvest. Sown in seedbeds or directly into the ground in July at a spacing of 30-40x30-40 cm. Sensitive to severe frosts.
