Description

Krista SOP Potassium Sulphate Yara (Kalisol) - readily available potassium

  • Characterised by high solubility,
  • High content of readily available potassium - influences both the size and quality of yields and the stress resistance of plants,
  • High sulphur content – essential in the synthesis of plant proteins, also responsible for the flavour and aroma qualities of vegetables and fruits,
  • Can be mixed with any fertilisers, even when preparing concentrated solutions,
  • Used for fertigation, both alone and in foliar fertilisation,
  • Safe for plants and animals due to two factors: it contains no heavy metals or phytotoxic substances.

Krista SOP Potassium Sulphate Yara is an excellent source of potassium. It also contains sulphur. It is very easily soluble in water. It comes in the form of a fine crystalline powder. It is intended for preparing solutions used in fertigation as one of the components of compound fertilisers. It can also be used alone and in foliar fertilisation. It may be marketed under the trade names Kalisol or Krista SOP.

The potassium content in Krista SOP is exceptionally high. Its application positively affects the quality and quantity of yields. Increased stress resistance of potassium-fertilised plants is also observed. Additionally, Krista SOP contains sulphur, which positively influences the flavour and aroma qualities of vegetables and fruits. It contains no heavy metals, ensuring safety during use. Furthermore, its characteristic feature is high solubility, which also contributes to safety during application. Easily soluble Krista SOP (Kalisol) can be mixed with any fertilisers, even when preparing concentrated solutions.

Fertigation

Depending on the cultivation technology, plant species and its growth stage, usually 0.01–1 kg of fertiliser per 1000 litres of nutrient solution for irrigation is used. When preparing a concentrated solution, Kalisol/Krista SOP fertiliser should be dissolved as the first component, using water at an appropriate temperature, and ensure the tank is different from the one that contained calcium compounds.

During the plant growing season.

Foliar fertilisation

Concentration 0.2–0.5% (0.2–0.5 kg/100 l water) – depending on the type and growth stage. Perform treatments adding a wetting agent, preferably in the morning or evening to avoid strong sunlight and high temperatures.

During the plant growing season.
