Substral 100 Days Iglak is a slow-release fertiliser specially designed for the care of all types of conifers. Ideal both at planting and for regular feeding of already growing conifers and other acid-loving plants such as rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias, magnolias, hydrangeas, heathers, and American blueberries. This fertiliser plays a key role in ensuring vigorous growth and intense colour of conifers by systematically supplying even amounts of nutrients throughout the season.

The fertiliser release process is gradual and controlled by natural factors (moisture and temperature). After spreading and watering, the fertiliser slowly dissolves, penetrating the upper soil layers. It remains there for up to 100 days, delivering essential nutrients that are then absorbed by plant roots. Daily doses of nutrients adapted to plant needs ensure the fertiliser’s action lasts a long time, even over 3 months. As a result, one or two applications per season are sufficient. This action eliminates the risk of over-fertilising plants. Additionally, the fertiliser is highly efficient - it allows plants to utilise up to 70% of nutrients, compared to standard granules where utilisation is only about 25%.

Fertiliser for conifers and other acid-loving plants Substral 100 Days - composition:

Granulated fertiliser WE NPK (Mg) 19+5+13 (2) m/m containing ureaform with micronutrients, providing plants with comprehensive care. Contains nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and micronutrients (boron, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, molybdenum) in proportions supporting healthy growth and beautiful colouring.

Composition:

Macronutrients:

• Total nitrogen (N) 19%, including 2.1% ammonium, 4.1% amide, 12.8% ureaform, 7.3% soluble in water at 20°C, 2.4% soluble in water at 100°C.
• Phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) 5% soluble in water, 5% soluble in neutral ammonium citrate solution and water.
• Potassium oxide (K2O) 13% soluble in water.
• Magnesium oxide (MgO) 2% soluble in water.

Micronutrients:

• Boron (B) 0.02% soluble in water,
• Copper (Cu) 0.05% soluble in water,
• Iron (Fe) 0.3% soluble in water,
• Manganese (Mn) 0.08% soluble in water,
• Molybdenum (Mo) 0.02% soluble in water,
• Zinc (Zn) 0.02% soluble in water.

Long-acting fertiliser Iglak 100 Days Substral - usage and dosage:

• Dosage:
  - Tall plants – 100 g per 1 linear metre of plant (e.g. 3 m conifer – 300 g fertiliser),
  - Low plants – 70 g per 1 m2 of area.
• After fertilising, water plants thoroughly to activate the fertiliser.
• When planting, mix the fertiliser with the soil.
• For perennial plants, spread the fertiliser around the plant and lightly mix with the topsoil.
