Description

Magnesium sulphate heptahydrate is a fertiliser intended for fertilisation and foliar feeding as well as fertigation (fertilising with irrigation) in both traditional and soilless (hydroponic) crops. A universal fertiliser for all cultivated plants. Used in agriculture, fruit growing and horticulture. It should be applied during active plant growth. Its application is recommended to correct magnesium and sulphur deficiencies during periods of greatest plant sensitivity to the lack of these nutrients. During hot weather, spraying should be done in the morning or late evening.

The fertiliser is in the form of crystals, completely soluble in water, free from foreign impurities.

Notes: Compatibility with other agrochemicals: Magnesium sulphate heptahydrate can be used together with most available agrochemicals intended for treatments using field or orchard sprayers.

Foliar feeding with magnesium sulphate can be combined with foliar feeding with urea and micronutrients, as well as with protective treatments. The presence of urea, besides supplying nitrogen, facilitates the uptake of magnesium and micronutrients through the leaves.

Before preparing a tank mix in the sprayer tank, it is recommended to perform a test mixing in a small volume of water. The fertiliser can be applied using all types of sprayers. Recommended spraying: medium or fine droplets with the agitator on.

The treatment should be carried out in windless weather, on cloudy days or early in the morning or evening.
