Parsnip White Gem

A variety with medium maturity time and high yield.

The root is conical in shape, sharply pointed, white, about 25 cm long and about 5 cm in diameter at the leaf base.

This is a uniform variety, without a tendency to deform.

To obtain medium-sized roots for direct sale on the fresh market, it is recommended to sow about 4.5 kg per hectare.

For industrial root production, about 2.5 kg of seeds per hectare is sufficient.
