Description
Polysulphate Granular - high sulphur content fertiliser
Benefits of using Polysulphate Granular fertiliser:
- Nutrients are readily available and easily absorbed by plants.
- Easily soluble, ready for direct use, in the form of sulphates.
- Granulated sulphur form (2-4 mm), offering flexibility in tailoring the dose to the needs of a specific field.
- Due to its concentration, it has low storage requirements and is quickly spread.
- Can be used in crops sensitive to chlorides (low chloride content).
- Environmentally friendly, as it is used in its natural form - without processing, by-products, and does not acidify the soil.
- Originating from the United Kingdom, with a guarantee of safe product deliveries with low carbon dioxide emissions.
- Suitable for use in organic farming.
- Provides a source of potassium, magnesium and calcium.
- Can be mixed with nitrogenous fertilisers, enabling optimal management of nitrogen doses supplied to plants.
Polysulphate Granular is a four-component fertiliser of natural origin, mined from beneath the North Sea bed off the coast of the United Kingdom. Unlike traditional fertilisers available on the market, it is available in the most natural form – after mining it undergoes only crushing, sorting and packaging, without any chemical intervention or other industrial processes. Therefore, it is safe for the natural environment and has been approved for use in organic farming in many countries. The best results are achieved by applying Polysulphate at the beginning of plant vegetation. Using Polysulphate contributes to increasing the yield of cabbage crops by up to 40%. The heads have a larger diameter, weight and are better filled.
Polysulphate Granular fertiliser - composition:
- 48% SO3 in the form of sulphate,
- 14% K2O from potassium sulphate,
- 6% MgO from magnesium sulphate,
- 17% CaO from calcium sulphate.
In which crops to use Polysulphate Granular fertiliser?
Polysulphate is especially recommended for use in crops that prefer a low chloride level in the soil. Such crops include tobacco, grapes and other fruits. It is also worth using in crops where a higher dry matter content is desired, e.g. in potatoes.
