Description
REDUSOL ACTION:
ReduSol is an innovative liquid shading preparation whose main purpose is to protect crops from excessive sunlight and thermal stress. The coating works by reflecting excess sunlight and heat from the greenhouse roof, which is crucial for creating an optimal internal climate during periods of high temperatures. ReduSol is highly resistant to wear during normal use, and at the same time has been designed for easy removal using a dedicated agent (ReduClean) when light conditions require maximum exposure.
Advantages of using ReduSol:
- Protection against overheating: Effective heat reflection prevents the greenhouse from reaching critically high temperatures.
- Stress reduction: Limiting excess light protects plants from burns and light stress, supporting their healthy growth.
- Washable formula: The coating can be safely and completely removed using ReduClean, allowing maximum light utilisation in winter.
- High wear resistance: The preparation is adapted to intensive weather and operational conditions, maintaining its properties throughout the growing season.
- Flexible application: Suitable for manual and machine application, with concentration adjustment to achieve the desired shading level.
REDUSOL SCOPE OF USE AND APPLICATION:
Instructions for use:
ReduSol should be applied under the following conditions:
- On a dry and clean surface.
- Under fast drying conditions (T>5°C + relative humidity <80%).
- When no precipitation is expected during application and drying of the product.
Preparation of the solution:
- Fill the tank with the required amount of clean water in litres.
- Add the appropriate amount of ReduSol while stirring the liquid.
- Stir the spray liquid during application.
Application parameters:
Machine application: The required amount of water is usually 1000–1500 litres of solution per hectare.
Manual application: Requires 1700–2000 litres of solution per hectare.
The shading level is adjusted by changing the number of ReduSol containers used per area.
In most cases, the required amount of water is 1000–1500 litres of solution per hectare.
Wear resistance:
- ReduSol at higher concentration shows greater wear resistance.
- Medium or heavy rainfall causes faster wear of the layer.
REMOVAL OF THE REDUSOL LAYER:
To remove the ReduSol shading layer, use ReduClean at a rate of at least 250 l/ha:
- Apply ReduClean evenly on the greenhouse surface, preferably using a mist.
- Do not apply ReduClean on a wet surface or during rain.
- It is recommended that appropriate rainfall occurs within 1 week of applying ReduClean.
- Never combine other shading substances with ReduSol or ReduSystems products.
- Using roof sprinklers for cooling may cause problems during removal of the product.
