Sitofex Azelis is a plant growth and development regulator in the form of a concentrate for preparing an aqueous emulsion (EC). The product contains forchlorfenuron (CPPU) as the active substance, a compound from the synthetic cytokinin group. This substance stimulates cell division, differentiation and plant development, consequently improving fruit set and further growth as well as delaying ageing processes.

The product is intended for use by professional users with self-propelled or tractor-mounted orchard sprayers.

Sitofex Azelis plant growth and development regulator - active substance content:

• forchlorfenuron (compound from the cytokinin group) - 10 g/l (1.19%).

Sitofex Azelis - use in crops:

• Sweet cherry,
• Highbush blueberry (American blueberry).

Sitofex Azelis - pre-harvest interval and re-entry period:

Interval from the last application of the product to the harvest date (pre-harvest interval):

• Sweet cherry - 35 days,
• Highbush blueberry (American blueberry) - 27 days.

Interval from application until people and animals can enter the treated area (re-entry period):

• Do not enter until the spray liquid has completely dried on the plant surfaces.

Sitofex Azelis - preparation of spray liquid:

Do not mix with other plant protection products. Shake the Sitofex product well before use. Ensure the sprayer is clean and rinsed. Calibrate spray nozzles to ensure even application. Pour the required amount of product into the sprayer tank half-filled with clean water. Rinse the empty product container with clean water and add the rinse water to the sprayer tank. After adding the product, fill the sprayer tank with water to the required level while continuously mixing. During spraying, ensure the agitator remains switched on.

Sitofex Azelis - usage and storage instructions:

• The product's effectiveness depends, among other factors, on the condition of treated trees/shrubs, fertilisation level, and weather conditions before, during and after treatment. Therefore, consultation with the authorisation holder or their representative regarding the product's effectiveness and its impact on yield quantity and quality is recommended before use.
• Use the product only in well-pollinated orchards.
• Application is recommended in the morning or late afternoon.
• Apply so that the spray liquid thoroughly covers leaves and fruits, but avoid runoff from plant surfaces.
• The product may slightly alter fruit shape.
• Do not combine the product with other products, including plant protection products.
• Do not use the product:
  - on plantations with poorly pollinated flowers,
  - before expected rainfall,
  - around midday hours.
• During application, avoid:
  - drift of spray liquid onto neighbouring crops,
  - overlapping spray liquid on treatment strip edges and headlands.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store the plant protection product:
  - in original packaging,
  - in a way preventing contact with food, beverages or feed, environmental contamination and access by unauthorized persons,
  - at temperatures between 0°C and 30°C.
