SPINACH CRATER F1 - VARIETY FEATURES:

Spinach Crater is a variety designed for summer production, distinguished by slow growth and exceptional resistance to adverse weather conditions. The plants feature vertically upright leaves that effectively reduce damage caused by rain and strong sunlight.

The leaves have a round shape and thick, fleshy texture, which translates into excellent post-harvest quality and long shelf life. Their dark green colour and blistered surface give the plant an attractive, fresh appearance, valued by fresh market buyers and processors.

Crater stands out with very high resistance to vernalisation, allowing it to maintain stable growth even during long, hot summer days. The variety also has full resistance to downy mildew (Pf: 1–17), ensuring safety and regularity of yield.
