Tomato Provine F1 is a cluster variety intended for covered cultivation in a long cycle, suitable for both traditional and supplementary lighting production. The plants are strong, generative, and have an open habit, which facilitates crop management. They are characterised by early production start, a large number of clusters, and very high yield potential.
The fruits are exceptionally uniform, weighing 130–150 g, intensely red and glossy, set on non-articulated clusters with a flat structure. They maintain excellent post-harvest durability, and the dark green stalks give them an attractive commercial appearance. They stand out for their very good taste, making them valued in retail sales.
The variety has high resistance (HR): Ff (A–E), Fol 0 (US1), Fol 1 (US2), For, ToMV (0,1,2), Va, Vd and medium resistance (IR): On.
