Description
TOMATO FABER F1 - VARIETY CHARACTERISTICS
Faber F1 is a mid-late variety of ground tomato, mainly intended for mechanical harvesting. The plants are characterised by strong vigour, compact habit and high healthiness.
Fruit
The fruits are oval, slightly elongated, dark red in colour and weigh 60–80 g. The “blocky” type is distinguished by very good field durability. Tomatoes ripen in whole clusters and easily detach from the stalk, which facilitates harvesting.
Use
The Faber F1 variety is ideal for whole canning, dicing and tomato concentrate production. Thanks to its high yield and fruit quality, it is particularly valued during the final phase of the campaign harvests.
