Broad Bean Windsor White
Medium early variety, very high yielding. Plants grow up to 120 cm tall, with weak branching. The plant produces 6-10 broad pods with 3-4 large, flat seeds of a greenish-white colour. Seeds should be sown at a depth of 4-6 cm as early as possible in spring (March-May), in rows spaced 30-50 cm apart and 2-3 seeds per hill every 25 cm within the row. Requires heavier, fertile soil rich in moisture.
