Interior with regular structure, intensively coloured (high pigment content). Does not change colour after pasteurisation. Valued for high resistance to internal necrosis. Very high, stable yield and high resistance to cracking. Variety recommended for direct sowing into the soil. One of the most important varieties for industry in Western Europe.
