Late variety intended for autumn harvest. Large, spherical swollen stems without tendency to hollowing, with creamy-white aromatic flesh. Suitable for direct consumption, processing into frozen products or long-term storage. Sow under cover from mid-February to early April. Do not cover seeds with soil, just press them into the soil or cover with a thin layer of sand. Transplant seedlings to a permanent place from mid-May to June.
