Description
ADAMO maize seeds - variety for grain, bioethanol and grits silage
KWS Adamo is a new maize variety with a mid-early application timing (FAO grain 230-240, silage 240), registered in 2024. It is characterised by exceptionally low grain moisture, making it one of the best in its group. The flint-type grain features high density, making it ideal for grits production. Thanks to this trait, KWS Adamo is a suitable variety for industrial applications.
An important advantage of this variety is its very good ear health, which effectively reduces the risk of mycotoxin occurrence in the grain. This means that KWS Adamo yields are safer and healthier, which is very important in crops intended for feed or grain harvest.
The KWS Adamo variety performs well in various soil conditions, including mosaic and cooler soils. Due to its resistance to more challenging cultivation conditions, it can be used across a wide range of soils, making it versatile in different regions of the country.
