Description
ACTION OF PROSARO 250 EC:
PROSARO 250 EC is a systemic fungicide that guarantees comprehensive protection of cereals at key developmental stages. The effectiveness of the product is based on the combination of two active substances from the triazole group, each providing different but complementary action:
- Prothioconazole: Provides excellent preventive and curative efficacy, distinguished by a high strength in eradicating pathogens.
- Tebuconazole: Acts quickly and has a broad spectrum of activity, enhancing the intervention effect and protecting the plant from the spread of infection.
The product is ideal for use at the first symptoms of diseases. Systemic action means that the active substances are absorbed by the green parts of the plants and transported within the tissues, protecting new growth and securing against infection from the inside.
Advantages of using PROSARO 250 EC:
- Dual Triazole Formula: The combination of prothioconazole and tebuconazole provides a broad spectrum of activity and high eradicative efficacy.
- Versatility of Use: Designed for the protection of all major cereals – wheat, barley, triticale and rye (winter and spring).
- Comprehensive Disease Control: Effective against leaf diseases (rusts, septoria leaf blotch, leaf spots), as well as ear diseases (fusarium ear blight).
- Three Modes of Action: Can be used preventively, interventively and eradicatively.
- Flexible Application Timing: Application from stem elongation to the end of heading stage (BBCH 30-59), with the possibility of extension in case of fusarium threat.
PROSARO 250 EC ACTIVE SUBSTANCE CONTENT:
prothioconazole (compound from the triazole group) - 125 g/l (12.68%)
tebuconazole (compound from the triazole group) – 125 g/l (12.68%)

Application timing: Preventively or interventively at the first symptoms of diseases, from the beginning of stem elongation to the end of heading stage (BBCH 30-59).
Note: Under conditions favourable for ear diseases development (septoria glume blotch, fusarium ear blight) in winter wheat, the spraying timing can be extended to the watery ripe stage of grain (observing the pre-harvest interval).
Recommended water volume: 200-400 l/ha.
Recommended spraying: fine droplet.
Maximum number of treatments per growing season: 1.
