Radish Sarita F1 is a variety intended for open-field cultivation, distinguished by its round shape and intense red skin colour. The swollen roots are visually attractive, slightly larger than the Celesta variety, with white flesh and a thin root, which increases their commercial value.
The variety is characterised by very good uniformity of size and colour, making it excellent for bunch sales presentation. It is about 2–3 days earlier than Celesta, allowing better harvest planning when sowing several varieties simultaneously.
Sarita F1 can be grown in open ground from mid-April to mid-August. Even during the summer period, it produces short, dark leaves, which positively affects the aesthetic of the yield. The recommended density is 2.2 million seeds per hectare. The variety is intended for the fresh market.
