Radish Sarita F1 is a variety intended for open-field cultivation, distinguished by its round shape and intense red skin colour. The swellings are visually attractive, slightly larger than the Celesta variety, with white flesh and a thin root, which increases their commercial value.
The variety is characterised by very good uniformity of size and colour, making it perfect for bunch sales presentation. It is earlier than Celesta by about 2–3 days, allowing better harvest planning when sowing several varieties simultaneously.
Sarita F1 can be grown in open ground from mid-April to mid-August. Even in the summer period, it produces short, dark leaves, which positively affects the aesthetics of the yield. The recommended density is 2.2 million seeds per hectare. The variety is intended for the fresh market.
