The latest, mid-late variety of red cabbage for storage. The plant is characterised by strong vigour and a robust root system. Early plantings are recommended for harvest on the fresh market as early as September. For long storage, it should be planted after 25 May, but no later than 10 June. It forms oval heads, set high on the outer stem, weighing 2-3 kg. The heads are darkly coloured with a strong waxy bloom. Rozera stores very well until April. After storage, it retains a strong waxy bloom on several outer leaves and has an attractive, dark colour. The variety is resistant to Xanthomonas (IR).
