Description

ACTION OF SCUDO - SYSTEMIC COPPER:

Scudo is a breakthrough preparation, being the most advanced and effective copper gluconate on the market, providing crops with fast, systemic and comprehensive protection. Thanks to its innovative formula, Scudo contains 9% copper complexed with plant peptides and humic chelates, which is its key advantage over traditional forms of copper. Copper in the gluconate form is immediately absorbed through the leaves and rapidly transported to all plant tissues. This systemic effect means that copper actively works inside the plant, not just on its surface. The first effects of deficiency correction are visible already 2-3 hours after application, demonstrating exceptional speed of action.

Scudo is an indispensable tool in modern agronomy, as it combines the features of an effective foliar fertiliser with biostimulant properties. Systemic copper is crucial for physiological processes such as photosynthesis, seed production, cellular respiration and lignin synthesis, significantly improving overall plant health and resistance. The preparation is completely safe for plants (no phytotoxicity) and can be used in a wide temperature range (1-30°C).

Advantages of using Scudo:

- Systemic and rapid action: Copper penetrates inside the plant within 2 hours, transporting throughout its tissues, ensuring immediate effects.

- Exceptional bioavailability: Copper gluconate complexed with plant peptides ensures the highest absorption and translocation efficiency.

- Pathogen control: Effective limitation of fungal and bacterial disease development (e.g. fruit scab, tomato late blight, dry rot of brassicas, fusarium).

- Biostimulant properties: Enhances plant resistance to environmental stresses (drought, temperature fluctuations, nutritional disorders).

- Safety of use: No risk of phytotoxicity and possibility of application in a wide temperature window.

- Economic efficiency: Contains 117 g/l copper, being one of the most concentrated copper gluconates on the market.

- Dual registration: Can be used in conventional and organic farming (ECOCERT certification).

SCUDO ACTIVE SUBSTANCE CONTENT:

Copper (Cu) water soluble: 9% (117 g/l) as gluconate.

Organic nitrogen (N): 3.3% (39 g/l).

Organic carbon (C): 10.8% (129 g/l).

Organic matter: 27.5% (328 g/l).

Plant amino acids: 4.5%.

SCUDO APPLICATION RANGE, TIMINGS AND DOSES:

Scudo is a liquid foliar fertiliser. It is used throughout the growing season to strengthen plants, protect against copper deficiencies, environmental stresses and nutritional imbalances. It works excellently in T0 and T1 treatments as early pathogen control, which colonise plants in autumn and early spring, providing protection during the critical period up to 120 days.

Recommended application schemes in field crops:

T0 Treatment (Early Protection): Scudo 1 l/ha + herbicides + 0.1 l Asystent.

T1 Treatment (Strengthening): Scudo 2 l/ha + Sulfatraz + oilseed rape agents + 0.1 l Asystent.

T2 Treatment (Protection and Support): Scudo + fungicides + 0.1 l Asystent.
