Description
Calcinit Yara Calcium Nitrate - easily assimilable calcium in granule form
- Excellent solubility,
- Nitrogen occurs in nitrate form - acts quickly, does not acidify and, most importantly, is preferred by plants, also stimulating their rapid growth and not hindering the uptake of Mg, Ca and K,
- Easily available form of calcium for plants – influences healthy root system development and improves appearance, taste, firmness and post-harvest durability of flowers, as well as positively affecting the storage properties of vegetables and fruits,
- Stimulates healthy growth in every type of crop,
- Fruits are less susceptible to fungal diseases as well as damage caused during transport,
- Used for fertigation and foliar fertilisation,
- Safe for plants and animals due to 4 factors: contains no heavy metals or phytotoxic substances, characterised by high purity and absence of coating,
- Ensures safe use without risk of clogging drippers and sprayer nozzles.
Calcinit Yara Calcium Nitrate is an excellent source of calcium and nitrogen. It comes in the form of uncoated granules that are perfectly soluble in water. It is intended for spraying plants with an aqueous fertiliser solution in fertigation and foliar fertilisation. Particularly useful for preparing nutrient solutions in soilless cultures. Supports ensuring high-quality crops and guarantees obtaining high-quality, perfectly marketable yields. A source of quickly acting, non-acidifying nitrate nitrogen and strengthening calcium and boron for plants. The combination of these components stimulates healthy development of every crop.
Thanks to the use of nitrates from the YaraLiva line, fruits and vegetables maintain their quality and freshness longer. Granulated Calcinit Calcium Nitrate is characterised by the absence of coating, ideal solubility and high purity, which guarantees safe use. It cannot clog drippers or sprayer nozzles. Additionally, it contains no phytotoxic substances or heavy metals, which also contributes to safety for humans and plants.
Contains nitrate form of nitrogen, which is assimilated immediately after application - acts quickly and ensures higher yields. Additionally, it contains a large amount of immediately available calcium, which, as is known, influences proper root development and improves appearance, taste, firmness and post-harvest durability of flowers, as well as the storage properties of vegetables and fruits. It reduces their susceptibility to fungal diseases as well as damage caused during transport. Moreover, nitrate positively affects the structure of the growing medium and stabilises pH in the root environment.

Horticultural, agricultural, vegetable, orchard crops and tree and shrub nurseries |
Foliar fertilisation |
A single fertiliser dose is 5–10 kg per hectare depending on species, purpose of use and developmental stage of the crop. It is recommended to perform treatments in the morning or evening to avoid intense sunlight and excessively high temperatures. |

Horticultural, agricultural, vegetable, orchard crops and tree and shrub nurseries - protected cultivation |
Foliar fertilisation - protected cultivation |
Prepare the spraying mixture by dissolving 0.3–1 kg of fertiliser in 100 litres of water (depending on species and developmental stage). Perform treatments by adding a wetting agent to thoroughly cover the plant organ to be supplied with calcium; preferably in the morning or evening to avoid intense sunlight and excessively high temperatures. |

Fertigation |
Water plants depending on species and developmental stage with an aqueous fertiliser solution at a concentration of 0.01–0.2% (0.1–2 kg/1000 litres of solution). When preparing a concentrated Calcinit calcium nitrate solution, dissolve flakes in a separate tank from fertilisers containing phosphates and sulphates. |
