Komarno F1 is a modern, very high-yielding carrot variety intended for the processing industry and professional growers. It produces large, slightly conical roots with an intense, deep orange colour and a high dry matter content (approx. 11.9%). This makes it excellent for juice, dried products and frozen goods production.
The plants are distinguished by strong, healthy tops resistant to fungal diseases (Ad, Ar, Cc) and lack of vernalisation with earlier sowings. Komarno F1 tolerates various growing conditions well, providing a stable, high yield and uniform roots.
