Kale Kapral
Medium-early variety reaching 40-60cm in height, resistant to lodging and low temperatures (down to -15oC). Large, curly leaf rosette. Leaves suitable for direct consumption like spinach and for garnishing dishes, rich in vitamins A and C as well as micronutrients, very nutritious. Leaves harvested after frost are more tender and free of bitterness.
