Description

Leopard Extra 05 EC Twój Ogród - herbicide for monocotyledonous weeds

  • Controls couch grass, brome, and grass as well as other monocotyledonous weeds,
  • For use in the cultivation of certain vegetables and fruits,
  • Efficient - in concentrate form - 100 ml is enough for 10l of spray,
  • Symptoms of the product's action are visible already 7 days after application.

Leopard Extra 05 EC is a herbicide in concentrate form for preparing an aqueous emulsion (EC). The product is intended for foliar application (directly onto the leaves of the targeted weeds). It is used to control Elymus repens, Bromus sterilis, brome grass, volunteer cereals and other monocotyledonous weeds (after emergence), in certain orchard and vegetable plants during their growing season.

Leopard Extra 05 EC Twój Ogród - mode of action on weeds:

Leopard Extra acts selectively - it controls specific weed species without affecting crop plants. It has systemic action - the product is absorbed through the leaves and then moves to the roots and rhizomes of the weeds, circulating in their sap, causing inhibition of weed growth and development. The effect on weeds manifests as leaf discoloration, necrosis around meristems, followed by drying of the youngest leaves, visible about 7 days after spraying. The full effect is visible after about 2-3 weeks, depending on weather conditions.

Rapid weed growth, warm weather, and sufficiently moist soil accelerate the product's action. Cool weather and drought delay the action but do not reduce its effectiveness. Annual weeds are most sensitive to the product from the 2-leaf stage to the beginning of tillering, perennial weeds (e.g. couch grass) at the 4-6 leaf stage.

Leopard Extra 05 EC Twój Ogród - active substance content:

  • chizalofop-P-ethyl (a compound from the aryloxyphenoxypropionic acid derivatives group) - 50 g/l (5.4%).
